✿ What do I do if my order does not arrive/has missing items? ✿

It is best to wait a few more days after the estimated arrival times but if your order has still not arrived, feel free to contact us through our email or contact form so we can arrange for a way to resolve the issue. These things happen–as soon as I drop off the package to USPS, it is no longer in my hands to guarantee that the package arrives at the estimated delivery time. 

✿ How long will it take for my package to arrive? ✿

Our current processing time is 5-7 days. 

For delivery times, US mail takes approximately 3-5 business days and international mail can take up to 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that I can only provide the delivery estimates as there may be potential delays during transit so I kindly ask you to be patient! :) 

✿ Do you ship to countries worldwide? ✿

We are offering international shipping to all countries EXCEPT UK/EU, Australia, and New Zealand due to shipping restrictions. Please double check USPS for your country's shipping restrictions before placing an order.

✿ Is there a tracking number for my parcel(s)? ✿

We include a free tracking number for parcels that are art prints, washi tapes, keychains, tote bags and any other bulky items. Stickers and flat items will NOT have tracking numbers since it is mailed in an envelope. 

✿ What is your exchange/return/cancellation policy? ✿

We have a NO exchange or return policy. And we are unable to accept cancellations so please double check that you are sure when placing an order from us. In the rare occasion that you received incorrect items or damaged products, you may contact us and we can arrange something to get it resolved.
